I do not know what is good and bad because I was not raised in the culture of eel and soba, but I think that it is an eel shop that you can rest assuredly.Is it the westmost region in Kanto style way of making it?Even in the same Shizuoka prefecture I feel that something is different from Mishima and others, but it is basically a feeling of fluffy.Is it better to say that it is elegant than the eel near Nagoya?It was very delicious.
